Rheanna Connor serves as the CAS general manager. She is the hub of the CAS team and operates as the main support system for our service, sales, chemical, accounting and executive divisions. Throughout her career, Rheanna has had significant involvement in almost all aspects of the pool industry, including: dispatch, operations management, customer service, software development, recruiting and team building. Given her experience in almost every facet of the industry, Rheanna believes that her focus on quality customer service and promotion of positive team building is the key to her growing success.
Katie Coates serves as the CAS Admin Operations Manager. Her goal is to facilitate speedy and accurate repairs and to maintain strong, lasting relationships with her customers. Katie’s experience lies in managing teams, facilities, and accounts for rapidly growing companies. As a result, she excels in rolling with the punches! As a certified AFO/CPO who has spent significant time in the field working as a technician, Katie has an unparalleled understanding of the administrative and technical tasks needed to work on commercial accounts.
Chase Rodriguez is our Lead Solution Specialist at Commercial Aquatic Services. With six years of pool industry experience, Chase is part of our sales department where he assists our customers in parts of Los Angeles County, the majority of Orange County, and all of Imperial, Kern, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties. Chase also assists in instructing the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) courses performed throughout the year. In his two years with CAS, Chase has acquired three of the largest service contracts in the 13 years since CAS was founded, including one which led to the creation of a brand new division. In addition to his sales and administrative experience, Chase is also holds certifications as an Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) and Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
